The 2009 Winners' Circle is the fourth publication by Brick Streets Press, a division of the Arts Council of Clinton. The book is a 6" x 9" perfect bound paperback with a wrap-around, full-color cover featuring art by Clinton artist Katie Drummonds. Featured in the book's 276 pages are eighteen stories from the April 2009 Short Story Contest — the top fifteen stories in the "College & Beyond" division, and the top three stories in the "High School Juniors/Seniors" division. Also included are: photos of the six winning artworks in the "Paint the Town" art contest; first, second and third place winners in the Senior Arts Scholarships Competition; drawing for our 25th Anniversary Wyatt Waters Original Watercolor, our winning "Mayor's Award" Christmas float; and much more.
